Candidates are required to have ALL supervisors approved by the Candidate Progress Committee, and must contact the Chair of the CPC for approval prior to proceeding.
If a candidate selects a supervisor who meets the criteria (see ‘Clinical Requirements’ section of Candidates’ Handbook) but does not appear on this list, a request for that supervisor must be forwarded to the CPC for review of credentials and approval prior to proceeding.
Supervisor applications and credentials are reviewed by the Credentials Review Committee, a sub-committee of the CPC.
